ProMed Prototypes offers quick turn prototype services that include tool design and machining, prototype manufacturing, cleaning, packaging, and shipment of molded parts. This in-house service allows us to serve our customers throughout the entire product’s lifecycle, which ultimately results in decreased production development time and cost. Our teams work cross functionally to ensure a scalable process is identified early on, to support production or commercial quantities once initial prototypes have been proven successful. Prototypes support the molding of silicone and plastic components and assemblies for medical device, pharmaceutical and combination products, and other specialized applications including aerospace and defense, and automotive.
